We are looking for a Junior UI/UX and Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will build clean user interfaces and connect them to back-end systems. You will work within a Next.js, Tailwind, PostgreSQL, Jest Testing and modern development tools. This role fits a developer who cares about great user design and solid code, and can maintain clean code-output for consistent e2e user experiences. Portfolio should demonstrate considerable experience in SASS, CRM, Forms, API consumption and design, ensuring responsive codebase.
Build User Interfaces: Create fast, responsive web pages using Next.js and React.
Design Experiences: Turn wireframes and user flows into polished, easy-to-use digital products.
Manage Data: Write and update queries in PostgreSQL to handle app data.
Write Code: Build clean, reusable frontend components and backend endpoints.
Collaborate and Deploy: Use Git for version control and help maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth releases.
Align Cross-Platform Design: Coordinate with mobile development teams to maintain consistent UI/UX styling and features across platforms.

Team Experience: Proven experience working effectively within a software development team environment.
Design Experiences: Turn wireframes and user flows into polished, easy-to-use digital products.
Frontend: Strong experience building full-stack TypeScript applications, React, and/or Next.js
UI/UX: Strong understanding of cohesive design, accessibility (a11y), and responsive mobile-first design. An ideal candidate should be able to describe design constraints to a design department.
API Development: Clear understanding of RESTful database API design and API versioning practices.
Backend & Database: Basic knowledge of Node.js and PostgreSQL database management.
Tools: Experience with Git version control, team workflows (pull requests), and basic CI/CD pipelines.
Mindset: Eagerness to learn, solve problems, and take feedback well.
Portfolio showing past UI/UX projects or web apps.
Experience with Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, Cypress).
Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design collaboration.
