Every order is roasted to demand. Bags leave the roastery within 48 hours of being roasted, and the roast date is stamped on the back so you can track peak window (7–21 days post-roast for most profiles).
Standard shipping is 2–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 5–10 elsewhere. We email tracking the moment the label is created — usually the same afternoon you place the order.
If a bag arrives damaged or doesn't taste right, reply to your order email within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund — no return shipment required for perishables.
Whole bean if you have a grinder. Ground stays freshest for the first ~10 days, while whole bean holds for 4–6 weeks. We grind to your brew method on request — leave a note at checkout.
