Forms
The form builder turns a drag-and-drop layout into a published, validated form you can drop anywhere — your site, a link, the chatbot, or a custom front-end via the SDK. Every submission is stored, validated against the form's schema, and (optionally) mirrored into your CRM.
Where these settings live
Open a form in the builder and switch to the Settings tab. Alongside the visual options (animation, org icon) you'll find three settings that change how submissions are attributed and what happens after a submission:
They work together:
- Posted at is your catalogue of where the form is shared.
- Submission source records which of those channels a given submission actually came from.
- Require submission source can enforce that every submission is attributed to a channel.
- Form actions decide what happens when a submission lands.
None of these are required to use a form. A brand-new form stores submissions and (if you turn the toggles on) mirrors leads/inquiries without any of them configured. They're for attribution and automation.
